2017 Physical and Health Education Canada National Conference

Deadline for proposals is Tuesday, October 18

The Physical Education Special Interest Council of Newfoundland and Labrador (PESIC NL) and Physical and Health Education Canada (PHE Canada) are now accepting presentation proposals for the 2017 National Conference - Rock Solid Foundations...Energizing Futures, May 4 - May 6, 2017 in St. John's, Newfoundland.

The National Conference provides an opportunity for delegates to network with colleagues and increase their knowledge and skills to foster healthy active living for children and youth in the school community.
 

SHARE YOUR IDEAS AND EXPERTISE!

This conference theme seeks to bring to the forefront the importance of providing, through our educational systems, the foundational skills students need to build the necessary knowledge and experiences to lead healthy lives now and in the future. Rock Solid Foundations are one path towards energized futures. As such, presentations are expected to support educators, and ultimately students in developing solid foundational knowledge and skills across all learning domains with the view to support the development of energized futures, in its broadest sense.

Submission Deadline: October 18th, 2016
Selection and Notification: November 18th, 2016
