Children’s Book - Youth Resiliency

Throughout COVID-19 the term ‘youth resiliency’ has been utilized to describe the ability of youth to persevere through hardship. Although youth may display these traits we must continue to support them during these times and provide them with tools necessary to recover post pandemic.

The Young Canadians Roundtable on Health will be partnering with medical and other professional youth experts to develop a book for youth 5-10 years old showcasing to youth how they can develop their mental health resilience. We hope to contribute to the resources available for children to learn by experience, through this book.
